how long does it take to get the it to send back a trade in

Generally it takes 2–3 weeks. But the sooner Apple receives your device, the sooner they can verify its condition and process your credit or gift card. For more info, see the FAQ section in:

Return it to Apple using the prepaid trade-in kit Apple sends you. Or trade in at an Apple Store.

i purchased new iphone 13 expecting completion by 5/31 end of rebate. I have been waiting so i can ship it back. I want rebate for my xR will Apple still honor this?

i just want to purchase a good cover as I am a phone dropper. Please let me know that it is en route. Due to disability being mobile is not an option for me. thank u.
