I recently ordered an iPhone (the one I’m using), and I thought at check out I had ordered a trade in kit. I picked my iPhone up at the store in Kenwood Ohio and the kit wasn’t ordered. This was about two weeks ago. They said of I didn’t receive a kit, to contact you all. Would you all be able to send a trade in kit soon?
