Haven’t get my trade-in kit

Dear Apple,

I recently bought an iPhone online and it says it will ship a trade-in kit to my address. Until today I still haven’t received it, may I check if the trade-in kit is still on the way or it’s lost already ?

if it’s lost, I would like to receive it again.

You'll need to reach out to Apple Support directly. You can do this by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753) or using the Apple Support app.
