I bought ipone 12 pro max and joined tradein plan, but tradein kit was lost due to express delivery.Now, what am I supposed to do, trade in?

Contact Apple Support directly about that, explain your problem and ask them for a new further shipment, using this link:--> Get Support

Trade in is on the way but lost SIM card is that ok

I'm on my 2nd trade in kit and it too is lost. COME ON APPLE, STOPPING SHIPPING WITH FEDEX, THIS IS HORRIBLE
