I can't remove FaceBook images with my Mac

REAAAALLY FRUSTRATED with Facebook, and not sure if it's an Apple or specific browser thing (difficulties using my phone also). I am trying to delete posts and the function isn't working well - I have used both the Activity Log (Manage Posts) function AND the three dots next to posts (or shared memories that I initially created). I keep getting errors and I want the posts deleted (without having to shut down my account).

I also am unable to edit my Timeline Photos Album - generally one can change the audience for photo albums, but the darn Setting wheel icon is ghosted.

There's nothing bad up, I just really want to clean house. I was hoping the bulk delete function would work, but it's terrible! On the iPhone I use the app. On the deskop MAC I usually use Firefox. I have tried FB help areas with zero luck or information (and of course don't bother trying to reach a human)!!!

Thanks, all!

Thanks so much - happy for any input! My MAC is 12.4 but I may have selected the wrong thing (it was the first option and I actually didn't check that it was right)! I'm wondering that it isn't Facebook but I'm not savvy enough to try something beyond Manage Posts and the three dots next to a post. Even when I select items in Manage Posts, many don't delete - I've been going back and forth between moving a few to trash and emptying trash but some are still there! Super frustrating. At least IG now has a bulk delete / archive feature! Thanks again. :)
