Why is the option to turn this off missing from my Phone?
USA. I'm looking for the setting to turn off the notifications, but it is not there per these instructions.
(Optional) Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety > Toggle Headphone Notifications to off
Where are you located? Some countries do not permit this protection to be turned off. Also, there is a setting in Screen Time that can restrict changing the setting for Reduce Loud Sounds.
Then most likely there is a Screen Time restriction.
I have Screen Time Turned Off
Check under:
Accessibility -> Hearing -> Audio/Visual -> Headphone Notifications.
Yeah, this isn't easy at all to find.
