Although it may be possible that the ear tips that you are trying to use, may be defective, chances are that you may be one of those whose ear opening dimensions just may not work with any of the tips that Apple provided.
As such, you have a few choices:
- If you purchased them within the last 14 days, you can return them for either a full refund or a replacement set.
- If after then, you can consider trying another third-party replacement tips to see if they work better for you.
- You can get another brand of wireless ear buds.
