Someone access my iCloud and stole all my data and hacked my client base and put me out of business what can I do

Someone hacked my iCloud last year this month May 2021. I told you guys about it and I felt really stupid and caused my clients to have their data hacked and leaked out. It put me out of business it put 2 Salons qi owned out of business.

so today I can’t even get a job because she hacked all my information store a bunch of pictures and private information created a disgusting fake website and then posted my little girls picture up on 73 different search engines. Now T-Mobile is to blame as well T-Mobile turned around and gave her a phone in my name a few months later because she had my Social Security number and my ID you’re my girlfriend license. But she hacked into my cloud and she started a few times and it’s just I’m sitting here today with nothing pretty much left I was not too premature I’ve been through enough cyber abuse and cyber bullying to last me for the rest of my life I’m traumatized by it the pain the suffering. The feeling of having all my personal information exposed it’s just horrible . I have police reports filed I have cease and desist orders for her to leave me alone she’s never left me alone and it’s what to do with her being in my iCloud she became me. And I don’t understand why you guys are not responsible of this and how T-Mobile is not either. So now I ask myself who do I go to for a phone where am I going to be protected? And I’ve already reached out to try to talk to you guys guys are ignoring me I’ve contacted you about this numerous times and nothing and you can just sit here and let’s maze life be destroyed. Because somebody was smart enough to hack into my stuff . And T-Mobile was lazy enough to not get out securely protect my account so she goes down to get the phone in my name. Ridiculous and I want to know do I need to get a lawyer

You’re identity has been stolen, so yes you need law enforcement and legal help. At this point your issue is not a technical one as such. You need to regain control of your social security number and account, and our financial records with the credit bureaus.

This has nothing to do with device security. It has to do with online account security, so regardless of what smart phone you choose, you must secure your online accounts, especially financial company ones. No smart phone can protect our online accounts from getting hacked. Strong passwords, never ever shared, with anyone, ever nor for any reason, and two factor logins are good steps to protect online accounts.

You need legal advice to get our social back and your credit record cleaned up, and then locked down (frozen) so your ID cannot be used again as you. Apple never knows your social security number - they don’t ask for it and they do not use it for anything. So that getting compromised had nothing to do with your iPhone nor your iCloud account.

Because technology cannot do anything for you when someone else is able to successfully present themselves as you. As long as they have your credentials (AppleID login is obviously compromised) such as social security number they can continue to purchase items as you, access your online accounts they have the passwords for, etc, etc.

So you must first re-acquire control of your own identity and lock it down. Until you do that, there is nothing tech can do to stop someone posing online as you. Identity theft is theft, thus a legal issue first and foremost. Apple cannot do anything about securing your Social, your credit bureau records, your stolen financial accounts. You need law enforcement and a good lawyer to deal with those issues.

I have several police reports. Cease and desist order and restraining order. But like the authorities have said that there are some people who are very sick. I know it’s hard to understand. I have lived in pain and trauma for a year now. She has me frightened and she publicly humiliated me. I had a large social media presence. This is a game to the girl who is half my age. She is a professional and I am still trying to understand how I react out to IG, FB and Google, federal trade commissioner and attorney general. Defamation of character is destroying businesses because of the lack cybercrime. So I have been trying to get over this. It’s called gaslighting. She got into my iCloud and she took over my whole life. I don’t blame anyone. I close my salon in June a year ago. She has taken my pictures and done a good job. Nobody deserves this. I have paid good money trying to get stuff off social media and google and so many search engines. What do I do? I can’t get work. Or keep my family safe. So sorry for the long story but people have to be aware. Cyber abuse and bullying is sometimes that is painful in adults and my god to think about the children feeling like this. I don’t leave my home. I have made some mistakes. I usually am an amazing judge of character. I hired a bad seed. I just don’t understand how people are capable of this.
