Ringtone

Hi,

If you see the content in your Music app vs within Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone, then you purchased the incorrect content type, and would be unable to use as a ringtone. You can request a refund for the content on https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

• Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
