I’m having a problem with iMessage

I can’t send or receive messages on my iPhone I tried to reset settings reset network settings even tried to turn off iMessages reboot my phone didn’t work even restore my phone all the settings are set right I can send iPhone messages to other iPhones but can’t send them to any android phones or receive any messages anywhere my phone isn’t set to airplane mode or anything it use to work until I put my phone to dnd before n when I took it off my messages stopped working does anyone know why I can’t receive messages?also my phone is updated and the time is set to automatic I tried all the tricks and still tryna fix it
