Content Restriction Workaround

I need help to disable PDF viewing in the iOS Safari app or similar fix. I have a list of approved sites on a family device, but adding “.pdf” to the end of some URLs allows some blocked sites to be accessed.

These censorship efforts always fail.

Always.

Parental filters can always be bypassed whether directly or indirectly, and on a kid’s budget.

Prisons fail at this.

One thing these filters do provide is a means to undermine both the authority and the trust in the kids’ parents and educators.

These censorship efforts do teach the kids far more than the parents and educators might realize, or might intend, too.
