As I understand it, if a parent wants to use content blockers in addition to Apple's filters, an enterprising child can simply go to Settings>Safari>Content Blockers and unselect "All Websites" to disable them, even with Restrictions enabled.
Is this true?
Is there a way to disable the ability to disable content blockers?
Or are the only options

Content blockers are third party apps and extensions within Safari. If content restrictions is turned on for a child's device, there's no way to disable content restrictions in Safari by removing or turning off the content blocker within the settings of Safari.
