Fraud charge on my Apple ID

When calling Apple, the rep let me know someone with an unknown Apple ID was making purchases with my card- call Apple directly if you have this issue Do not call the 866 number on your statement

I have charges from Apple that I don't recognise I dont know how to pursue this because if I call apple they will ask for my Apple ID. Well its not a charge that went through on my apple account. Fraud I was charged from apple on a number 800-275-2273 and did not purchase anything I looked it up online and it says this number is committing fraud and to contact y’all for support.
