When an article is received in email and I try opening it, I can’t read it because it’s scrunched up on either the right or left side of the screen. It happened just before 2 days prior to the IPad 15.5 update. HELP!

You need to explore multitasking - as you have a slide-over view enabled. Key to accessing and controlling multi-tasking is the small “three-dot” button that is found at the top-centre edge of the screen.
