iPhone 13 stuck on screen below after entering passcode. Tried the turn off and on to reboot but doesn’t work . Sometimes screen turns pink for just a few seconds and then back to that . Eventually it goes back to locked screen and enter passcode and does it again .

Try force restart your iPhone:
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
