HomePod will not turn on
My HomePod is plugged it. However, when I touch the top there is no response. There is no lights or Siri voice, Any ideas?

Look in the home app to be sure Siri is enabled
Try another wall outlet.
See if you can play music on it.
try resetting it by pressing the top method, then set it up again: Reset HomePod - Apple Support

I tried your suggestions before posting. As I stated in my post, there is no response when I press the top of the HomePod and I cannot do a reset from the top. Trying to reset the HomePod from the Home app does not work either.
I am beginning to think I may have a burned out circuit board of some kind and will have to take it in to be repaired unless there is a work around.
Any other thoughts?
No sorry. If it’s not powering on there not much you can do with it. The hard reset requires it to power on. If this is the OG HomePod, it is out of warranty and the repair cost is not worth it.
