iphone unavailable xs max on screen

The touch of my phone XS MAX is dysfunctional, so I couldn't type the passwords to unlock the screen's password, but the number is automactically filled many time, now my phone showed IPHONE UNAVAILABLE. Does anyone have experience for this case? now i couldn't use my phone. How can I fix that without lost data?

Iphone Unavailable My phone screen was broken and when trying to puy my passcode in it put the numbers it wants to put. So now my phone screen has changed and trying to use my phone I just get an Iphone Unavailable screen with only the emergency button at the bottom. I tried to wipe by using icloud and it is waiting on wifi. The phone will not connect to wifi because i cant get pass there. What do I do?
