How to recover all of my iPad data that wasn’t backed up

So , I restored my iPad because of some software issue were when I try to use my iPad , the screen turns all black with a white spinning circle. The guy working there said that the only thing they can do is to restore the iPad so we did but my data and everything on my iPad was not backed up. So when I logged into my iCloud and Apple account , everything there was deleted. Including all of my apps , and messages. I really want to get all of my data back and want my iPad to be like it was but I don’t know how to do that. I had all of my pictures and messages stored up for 4 years and I don’t want to lose them. Can you please help me? I am desperate.

Sorry no. No backup = No recovery.
