App Store shows different language

My preferred language is English(I used to set Chinese) but now my Google and Spotify still appear to be Chinese.(Others are correct)What can I do?

New iCloud Session:

On All of your Devices: Log out of iCloud, and then log back in, once all is logged out of. If you have changed the password, then logging in to iCloud again, all should resync.

Hard Reset your iPhone:
