My macbook keeps restarting saying it has a problem. I tried a few times but it keeps showing the same thing. What do I do?

Am wondering which MacBook Pro model you have:
How to: Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support
Says: "MacBook Pro models from 2015 and newer can run the latest version of macOS.
For older models, the latest compatible operating system is noted".
