Hotspot connected but don’t work

So ever since sprint/T-Mobile uploaded my ESIM my hot spot hasn’t worked. I use it to watch my roku on my tv. It connects but doesn’t work. Why is this? I have tried resetting network settings but that don’t work, restarting the phone, restarting my roku, clearing data and cache, I have literally tried everything I could find nothing works.
