My hearing aids suddenly won’t pair with my iPhone 12. They just keep searching.

Try turning off your aids and then reboot your iPhone. If they had paired before then do a forget under accessibility/hearing devices. After turning your iPhone back on, go to Accessibility/Hearing devices and then turn on your aids and see if they will pair.
