I need access to my old disabled account just to import my pic to the new account

I had a problem with my old account and it’s disabled for good but I was told I could go into it and just get my pictures imported over to the new one No I thought we saved all of them before it switched somehow that was not what it did now I’m missing a lot. How can I get into that account with the pw changed
