Probably a virus?

So there are two things wrong.

I open spotify, click liked song, some buddhist spiritual music appears, I can access my song after clicking again. Also every song playing after any of the songs is buddhist spiritual music again.

The second - I opened my safari today and a literal bible was opened. In German. “Messbuch” was opened in my tab without me doing anything.

What can I do??
