How do I re-pair my watch to my phone?

If the watch is showing a watch face then it is paired to something.
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then go here;
The screen is showing the watch face I use and an icon in each of the 4 corners for apps that I use on it like music, health, activity and heart health. I unpaired my watch from my iPhone 13 and hope to pair it again with your help.
