How can I control iPhone from PC?

Due to vision impairment, I would like to access and control my iPhone 11 using the Google Remote Desktop on my Win10 PC. I can not find any information indicating if this is possible or not. If not, is there an alternative like TeamViewer or something similar (and free)?
