I am promoting a few episodes of my podcast but the numbers are not showing on my hosting platform (spreaker)

I have been running campaigns to promote by podcast on Apple but of late the numbers are not reflected in my podcast hosting platform.

I'm afraid I can't advise on Spreaker: you should take it up with them.
