Compressor services can't be started

has anyone got this notice from compressor?

First, reboot your Mac.

Hold both Alt and Cmd keys while launching Compressor, delete preference files.

Once Compressor is open go to Preferences, to Advanced.

Click "Reset Queue" and select to "Repair Compressor".
