Random calls

On occasion,immediately after I have completed a call & ended a conversation,my iPhone 8 will randomly call ( & not the last 1 or 2 prior calls )another of my contacts -why ?

Incoming Calling issue Is there any one out here facing a problem of incoming calls where the person calling you has to call you twice or more than that ?even though everything is fine and up to date with your iPhone

Random calls While I am on a call my phone (iPhone 11) opens my contacts and adds a call and I need this to stop. It is annoying and sometimes embarrassing.

Please keep the iPhone Screen locked when not in use then this will never happen.
