iPhone Last Number Redial - Please stop it

I've seen a number of questions on this in the Apple community but I've never seen a solution. I want to disable the double tap redial - too unpredictable and I've inadvertently called random people at some pretty strange hours. I can see how this works on Android but never on iOS.
