i cant download xCode on my Macbook Air 2020 M1. It just keeps "circeling" in app store. What do I do?

I can't download an app on App Store on my MacBook Air. I have the latest macOS Monterey and I seriously don't know why it doesn't work. The app that I wanna download Is Xcode.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4
