Apple Watch won’t power on past apple logo

It won’t power on. The apple logo (black screen-white apple) stays on the screen. If you keep it on the charger it stays lit with the logo the entire time. If you take it off it does the same until it is completely dead. Tried force reset…. Only blanks out and comes back the same. It’s like it’s stuck in reboot mode. Can I connect it to iTunes or something?
