Please Clarify your Post:
How would you define "not visible"? Are the pages all white? Does this occur on only service sites? Does this occurs on all networks? Are the pages not loading? Is your screen frozen?
What to Try:
A. Verify the Domain:
Either the domain is down for the moment, or the domain you are trying to access does not exist. So, try it in a few. Data traffic is probably pretty high, particularly for sites that would have been hardest hit. If you can access this site, obviously, you are connected to then Internet.
B. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
- Cookies perform remembrance of certain site-entered data.
- Cache keeps a snapshot of the last time you visited a site.
