Sending message to Postmaster

I tried to send a message to an organization explaining why I have decided not to use their product any longer. .In return, I got the following message: For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me?

Why can't you go to the website and see if there is a contact URL? If the company has email, they most likely also have a website. Go to the website and scroll to the bottom. Look for something that says something like "Contact Us". You can also just try "postmaster@...."whatever their domain is. For example, postmaster@awfulproduct.come"

If they don't make it possible for you to contact them easily, you're probably right in not using their product.
