Apple Watch series 5 activation lock

Hi all

I don’t know whether you can help me but I gave my old series 5 to my friend for her daughters 16th birthday present .

i wiped the phone before I gave it to her ext but she has gone to use it today and this is what she has found

this was definitely wiped but I’m not sure what to do next . I just called EE and they couldn’t help me at all !

can anyone please help so that she can use it asap
