Have done all of this but none of our apple devices are connecting to Wi-Fi but our internet is working

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Check the router settings, see -> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password - Apple Support

 

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

 

You can also use Private Wi-Fi addresses, see -> Use private Wi-Fi addresses on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch
