E-mail

my email is hosted be securemail.aplus.net. when I delete email off of computer or phone it will enventually reload off of server. How do I stop this?

is there a way to delete a secure email server? When our company decided we needed to switch to a new server, I received instructions to install it. But there was also an attachment that automatically downloaded everything. So I put that on my iPad and now, I cannot make any changes that have been required in order to send and receive email, nor can I delete this secure email address. I am able to manually install the new configurations, but it leaves me with 2 work email addresses taking up space, one which I cannot use. My nephew is my IT department in another country and doesn’t seem to understand I guess. There must be a way that I can remove this without his help or help from the actual server?

Iphone 13 & Ipad * Gen Stop Ipad from deleting emails from server when email is deleted from ipad. Started when Ipad converted to AOL.

Is it an IMAP or POP account?

Do not know but has the user communicated to the Hosting Mail Server
