Unable to turn on Spatial Audio on my AirPods Pro

I can’t turn on my spatial audio évent if I have the iPhone 12 and AirPods Pro and all the last updates. The iPhone don’t ask me to turn it on or not even when i click on the « i » next to my AirPods. I don’t know what to do, can you help me?
