error code 4000

why is error code 4000 back AGAIN when going to IOS 15.5 using itunes on a Pro Max phone(15.4.1),

this is ridiculous to force a user with a new PC and very very little cellular coverage to have to

drive a long distance to upgrade since the itunes software is brain dead ? .

Unbelievable to be requiring OTA upgrade when the software in on the PC

and plugged in USB communicating perfectly (did entire backup etc.)

why must 15.5 in this day and age of software be required to ONLY work Over The Air OTA

on this new device ? It is more sketchy OTA than doing through itunes with a valid secure

high speed USB link !

it will take forever to download, have to use huge scratch area (easier on PC), and have much

more potential diagnostics and logs to determine issues than on the device itself !

POOR lazy software development after charging large $$ for iphones, come on APPLE!
