Have tried changing Secure AirPrint to AirPrint, no change.

Since the Epson ET-4750 is an AirPrint model, I assume that it is connected (wirelessly or by Ethernet) to the same network (Wi-Fi router) as the computer. In this case, additional drivers are not required.

Any change if you try the following power-cycle sequence?
Power off the router, the printer, the Mac, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the Mac. Finally, power on all other devices/computers.
If AirPrint is not used (for example, for a USB connection), drivers from the printer manufacturer would be needed.

The only thing I had not done was to restart the router, since it was working fine for every other device. However after power down and restarting the router it does now work. Quite strange but thank you for you reply and suggestions
You're welcome! Thank you for the report. Sometimes, one or more devices/computers may not be properly detected/registered. For AirPrint, it is important that a router is handling discovery correctly for all units involved. Power cycling can help. Anyway, good to hear that it is working now.
Thanks, I might add that MacBook laptop and other apple devices recognise and print to the printer it is only the iMac that has stopped recognising it.
Epson ET-4750 stopped working with macOS Catalina 10.15.7, tried deleting printer but now have error message : series._ipps._tcp.local due to an error. Not sure if a software change is the problem?
