I have a MacBook Air (Early 2014) with OS X 10.9.5 which cant run most of the applications because it is outdated. I have tried to download Mac OS Catalina 10.15 as guided under apple support but the download burton doesn't appear. How do I proceed?
If you have followed Apple's guide you would have this link. Did you use Safari, as instructed? Other browsers tend not to interact satisfactorily with the App store to get to the next stage where you can access and download the installer.
