I just bought a new iphone. When sending a message to people who don't have an iphone my messages are being returned as Not Delivered. I have the send as SMS turned on in Setup. Not sure what the issue is. Thanks

contact your cellphone provider, SMS is their feature.

"Send as SMS" only affects iMessages that have failed. Turning it off (or on) doesn't affect your ability to send SMS messages. Definitely contact your carrier.
