We'd like to ask for some details to help isolate this behavior.


  • Does this behavior happen with any other headphones?
  • Does this behavior happen when using your iPhone without headphones?
  • Has this behavior occurred after any actions or changes to your iPhone?


If you've answered no to all of these questions it is likely the EarPods would require replacement. If you believe they are in warranty you can seek available options here: Apple Support
