Apple ID not active loop

Im on a macOS Monterey Version 12.3.1 and I can't use apple ID because it says "This Apple ID is not active" when i go to logout it says to put in my password and says "This apple ID is not active" so I can't logout to sign in to another account without it saying "This Apple ID is not active" PLEASE fix this loop.
