You cannot. Mac OS X 10.6.x Snow Leopard is not available to download from Apple.

Please see > Apple - Support - Downloads

Any Snow Leopard downloads found at the link above are for updates to an existing installation.

If you need a full installer for Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, then you will be looking for what's called a "full retail installer", and you'll only find it on the second hand market.
