Go to https://apple.com/retail, chose the store you want to visit, then click Genius Bar. It will ask some questions, just answer them and you will be able to schedule an appointment. To get past some of the other help options say it’s hardware related.

Go to https://apple.com/retail, pick your store, and there will be a link to make an appointment.
