Hi,
The L3250 printer does not appear to be listed in the About AirPrint - Apple Support article. So, it may be a good idea to check with Epson whether this exact model is AirPrint-compatible.
If not, an iOS app from the printer manufacturer would be needed, if available for the model in question. Unfortunately, the L3250 does not seem to be supported by Epson iPrint either. See https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/epson-iprint/id326876192 and https://support.epson.net/appinfo/iprint/en/. Again, please ask Epson.
If nothing else works, there may be a workaround. A Mac OS X 10.7 or later Mac computer could act as an AirPrint server, with a printer connected by USB, provided that special Mac software such as Printopia is used (appropriate Mac printer drivers required as well).
