Where are my other mailboxes

Where are my other mailboxes

What happened to my other mailboxes? They are under “mail” in settings. But when I select the mail app on my Home Screen the only one available is my iCloud.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

The accounts were all there in settings/mail and were logged in. But while there I saw that the “mail” toggle was off. Not sure how or why that happened? So I went to each account and toggled to on and that solved it. Thank you for your time.

Troubleshooting Lost Mailboxes:

A. Perhaps it was Deleted, Unknowingly?

Go to: Mail menu
Select: Accounts...
Is your account not shown? If so, then it got deleted somehow, and you need to add it back.

B. Use a New App Password:

Do you use an App Password? If so, try a new App Password. Sometimes, changes (i.e. updates) are made to the device, and then mail server syncing becomes an issue (which is what a new App Password it intended to fix). Go here for gmail: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Goog
