Hello SJB666,
Can't find the item that you’re looking for? If you have more than one Apple ID, you might have been signed in with a different Apple ID when you bought the item. Sign in with the other Apple ID and check your purchase history again.
If you received a suspicious email notification about a purchase, the email might not be from Apple or reflect actual charges to your account. Learn how to identify legitimate App Store or iTunes Store emails.

Thanks for clarifying, SJB666,
Based on what you've described, it sounds like your device is having an issue communicating with the Apple servers. The steps outlined in the Apple Support article If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support are designed to assist in such a situation. Take a look at the below troubleshooting from the article:
1. Check the system status page
Check Apple’s System Status page to see if there’s an outage for a service in your country or region.
2. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet
Use any web browser to connect to any website. If nothing loads, use another device on the same network to see if it can connect to any website. If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it. If you still can’t connect to your Wi-Fi network, contact your internet provider for more help. If only your first device can’t connect to the internet, get help with Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Mac.
If you use cellular service to connect to the internet on your iPhone or iPad, make sure that you have cellular data turned on for the app that you're using. To do this, open the Settings app, tap Cellular, then turn on Cellular Data.
3. Update your software
Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, or software for your non-Apple device. Then try to connect again.
4. Check the date and time
Make sure that the date and time on your device are set correctly for your time zone.
On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Open the Settings app. Tap General, then tap Date & Time. Get more help with date and time.
On your Mac: Open System Preferences, then choose Date & Time.
On your Apple TV: Go to Settings > General > Date and Time.
If the date and time are incorrect, update them or turn on the option to set date and time automatically.
If you're using a Windows PC, please see If you have problems using the iTunes Store on PC - Apple Support. And for additional help after that, please get in touch with Apple Support directly: Get Support.
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
Have a great weekend!
Internet connection is fine. iTunes runs and I can see our library. Date/time are fine. Software updated for PC and iTunes. Problem occurs when looking at account; several links/buttons do nothing when clicked.
This is on a Windows 8.1 PC. Has support been dropped?
The system decided this problem was solved. It was Not solved. Function to See All purchases from iTunes does not work. However, purchases can be seen via reportaproblem site.
