Troubleshooting Cellular Not Loading Properly:

A. Start with a Force Restart:

Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support

No Success?...

B. Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, as it seems the Cellular Data is not loading as it should.

This appears to be an issue with the Wi-Fi Network.

If this is your Wi-Fi Network then unplug the Router for a few seconds and then plug it back in to electrical power. After a few minutes, connect to that Wi-Fi Network and see whether that resolves the issue.

If the above does not work, then shut down and restart your iPhone.

You can also check whether everything works on another Wi-Fi Network.
